Becoming a Registered Parishioner & Updating Your Registration
To
register in the parish, please stop at the office and introduce yourself.
That's the quickest way to start getting acquainted. Or please call or email
the parish office and we will send one to you or you may even print
out the registration form below and mail it to the parish office at 4400

Registering
helps us to keep in touch with you. Your registration information will be for the use of the St. Madeleine Sophie parish and Archdiocese of Seattle.
You may complete your registration form at home and drop it off, mail it in, or put it in the collection basket at
Mass.

your parish registration up to date is important.
When a phone number changes, a child is born or moves out, or any of the information changes be sure to let us know by phone or by submitting a new registration form.

Asking for Prayers for Sick and Deceased Loved Ones
At
St. Madeleine Sophie we pray each weekend for those who are sick and those
recently passed away. To include a name on our prayer list please call our office during business hours, prior to Friday noon.
Your Parish Bulletin
Your
parish bulletin is published to provide information on the activities of
the parish, including dates, times and locations. A new bulletin is distributed weekly after
Mass.
To
publicize a parish activity in the bulletin, please submit the written
copy to the parish office by Tuesday prior to the weekend you wish it to
appear. You may FAX it to 425-747-6349 or

It
is our policy to not print information concerning any commercial
enterprise. To make use of the advertising page on the back of the bulletin, please contact the printer at 1-800-867-0660.
It is the policy of all parishes in our Archdiocese to not print information concerning any public issue or political candidate, except in concert with the Washington State Catholic Conference and National Conference of Catholic Bishops.
Copies of Your Certificates: Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation & Marriage
The
Catholic Church requires parishes to keep records of certain sacraments.
If there is a need for documentation of a sacrament you received at
St. Madeleine Sophie, please call Loretta
at 425-747-6770 ext. 104.
To obtain a certificate for a sacrament received at another parish, please contact that parish directly.
Records of Your Donations
The
parish maintains confidential records of donations received, and annual
tax statements are mailed at the end of January.
