Task: Assist youth Minister by coordinating volunteers for Faith Formation. Can involve leading youth meetings. Assist with planning for topics for meetings and committee agendas.

Task: Contacts and schedules the individuals who will be working each month.
Time: Up to you
Pancake Breakfast
Task: Help as needed (set up, clean up, event itself, etc.). These events help to fund Mission Weeks and other Outreach projects.
Time: Last Sunday of October
Junior High Dances
Task: Help as needed (set up, clean up, event itself, etc.). These events help to fund Mission Weeks and other Outreach projects.
Time: Scheduled through the year
Mission Week
Task: Attend, work with, supervise and lead youth during a week spent caring for the children of Migrant Workers.
Time: One week in June, one week in July
Retreats and Weekend Events
Small Group leader
Task: Facilitate small group during the
weekend.
Time: As scheduled. Involves the entire weekend (Fri. evening – Saturday afternoon)
Cook
Task: Help with cooking duties.
Time: As scheduled. Involves the entire weekend (Fri. evening – Saturday afternoon)
Chaperone
(e.g. youth convention, dances, etc.)
Task: Attend, supervise and interact with youth during event. Drive as needed.
Time: As scheduled.
Community Building Activities

Faith Formation
Youth Meeting Leader
Task: Facilitate a small group of as either part of a large group session, or in a small group session alone
Time: Approximately weekly during the school year on Sunday mornings between the 8:30 and 11:00 Masses
Confirmation Team Group Leader
Task: Facilitate a small group session for Confirmation preparation
Time: Weekly January through May, 1 weekend retreat, 1 Day of Reflection, 2 service outings
Planning Teams
Junior High Planning Team
Task: Meet with Youth Minister to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate Junior High Youth programs.
Time: Meet at least once every other month, sometimes monthly.
Senior High Planning Team
Task: Meet with Youth Minister to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate Senior High Youth programs.
Time: Meet at least once every other month, sometimes monthly.
Other Special Planning Committees
Task: We plan events during the year that require additional meetings or help
Time: As scheduled.
Miscellaneous
Task: We sometimes need help with phoning, phone tree, helping to put mailings together an other clerical or miscellaneous help.
